What this site currently is
This is a pre-launch website. It exists to introduce the brand, describe our equipment care service, and let you join a launch list or register interest in a service booking.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell goods. Product names, categories and imagery describe what is being developed and may change entirely before launch.
A booking request is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we reply confirming a slot and a price — and equipment servicing is not open for paid bookings yet. See our Service Terms.
Who we are
We trade under the registered name waxytaxy Sports Wear Trading, Dubai trade licence number 1647092, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai. The licence can be verified at invest.dubai.ae.
We are a home-based licensed trader. We do not operate a shop and we do not receive customers at our registered address.
Using the site
- Do not submit false details, someone else's details, or automate submissions to our forms.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not copy our brand assets, logos, photography or copy for commercial use without written permission.
Intellectual property
The WAXY TAXY and KEYVIK names, logos, wordmarks, brand system and site content are owned by Waxy Taxy. You may share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce the brand on merchandise, marketing or another storefront.
Trade mark registration is a separate process from the copyright notice in our footer. Where a mark is not yet registered, we assert unregistered rights only.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate, but it describes a business that is being built. Launch timing, product ranges and service pricing are all subject to change. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
